Shipping Policy
SBoss BOnline ("we" and "us") is the operator of (www.sbossbonline.com) ("Website & App"). By placing an order through this website and app you will be agreeing to the terms set out as below. These terms are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our services.
1. General
Subject to the availability of stock, we try to maintain accurate stock counts / weight on our website and app from time-to-time. However, there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfil supply of all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil supply of the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for restocking of the back ordered items or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping costs in Chittoor limits are INR 30/- and above in one lot. Shipping costs calculated during checkout are based on distance, of the items placed in the order, for value of purchase under INR 100/-. Payment for shipping will be collected along with the purchase cost.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. We will not accept any type of returns due to the change of mind or some other reason after delivery of the produces.
In some exceptional cases, upon return receipt of items for claim, you can expect us to process your claim within 7 to 10 working days.
Once claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) Refund to your payment method
(b) A refund in store credit
(c) A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
(d) A credit in your SBoss BOnline wallet
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Delivery Time
In general, deliver foods within one hour
4.2 Changes of Delivery Time
We deliver Monday to Sunday during standard business hours.
4.3 Change of Delivery Address - We can accept the change in delivery address before the order has been pickedup.
4.4 P.O. Box Shipping – SBoss BOnline will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer delivery services beyond these locations.
4.5 If Items are Out of Stock - We will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded - If delivery time has exceeded than the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can investigate and update you.
5. Tracking Notifications - Upon dispatch, customers will receive In App Notification from us with delivery pin through which they will be able to follow the movement of their shipment based on the latest updates, made available by the shipping provider.
6. Packages Damaged in Transit - If you find package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from our delivery partner and get in touch with us.
7. Cancellations - We do not accept cancellations after order has been shipped.
