Replacement Policy


• You can avail replacement of products after the delivery, only if you find that the foods are spoiled or rotten. You shall raise a request for replacement within 1 hours of delivery of the Products, by sharing images of the products which you were dissatisfied with. We may at our sole discretion, take the products back or request you to dispose of the damaged products. In either event, we shall issue a replacement of the damaged product, in lieu of the value of the returned / damaged products. In the event, we request you for returning the products back to us, please keep the product in the original packaging. In addition, the product must be unused with all tags and packaging intact. 

 
• SBoss BOnline products can be returned in their original packaging with the tags intact and image proof is to be attached with our WhatsApp number i.e., 9944 00 6336. Customers should be returning the product or report the issue within 1 hours of receiving the products. 
  
• SBoss BOnline don't accept requests for replacement of products delivered after 1 hours of delivery of the foods.
